Data Processing Terms
This page explains the reporting service's processing arrangements. Institution-specific instructions, service commitments and contractual processing terms belong in the customer agreement.

Customer instructions and purpose
The institution determines the accounts, CRM forms, users and purposes for which it authorizes reporting. Aadhyant processes connected data to deliver the selected reporting, synchronization, data-health and enabled analysis functions. Customers must have authority to supply data and meet their own notice and consent obligations.
Workspace access and security
Access is limited through workspace and role checks. Institution administrators manage their users; platform administrators manage approvals and service settings. Integration secrets are encrypted before application storage. Reporting evidence does not expose those secrets or student contact fields. Support requests should identify the workspace and issue without supplying credentials or unnecessary student records.
Service providers
Hostinger provides hosting for the current service deployment. Database, backup and transactional email services support operation according to the customer's configured deployment and agreement. Google, Meta and Meritto process requests made to their connected services. OpenAI/ChatGPT receives analysis questions and permitted evidence only when the relevant AI integration is enabled or authorized. Provider processing locations, retention and contractual safeguards depend on those arrangements; do not assume a particular data residency solely from this website's domain.
Support, data requests and incidents
Contact info@aadhyant.co.in for an authorized support, access, correction, export or deletion request, or a suspected incident. We verify authority and scope before exposing or altering workspace data. Incident communications and any specific response or notification commitments follow the applicable agreement and legal obligations.
End of service and related policies
Closure, disconnection, archive, data deletion and backup expiry are distinct actions. Retention is governed by service need, agreed reporting history and applicable obligations; the scope and timing of a verified deletion request are confirmed with the institution. Read the Privacy Policy and Retention & deletion policy for details. Authorized Aadhyant administrators can permanently delete eligible universities from the active application database after reviewing the scope. Backup and external-provider removal remain separate; this page does not promise a fixed retention period that has not been agreed.
