Terms of Service
These terms describe use by authorized institutions and their users. A separately agreed customer contract governs the commercial arrangement and specific service commitments.

The service
Aadhyant provides marketing reporting and decision support using connected Google Ads, Meta Ads and admissions CRM data. Availability depends on workspace approval, provider permissions, configuration and data readiness. Creating or approving a workspace does not itself activate every integration, historical report or AI feature.
The integrations provide reporting. They do not automatically create, modify or delete campaigns, budgets, audiences, creatives or CRM records. Google's consent screen describes its broader scope; the implemented reporting functions remain as described here.
Authorized access
You must be authorized to represent the institution and grant access to the accounts and data you connect. Use official provider login screens. Keep accounts, API credentials and recovery links confidential. Institution administrators are responsible for invitations, permissions and removing access when staff responsibilities change.
Acceptable use
Use the service only for authorized institutional reporting and analysis. Do not access another workspace, bypass permissions, share connection credentials, introduce malicious content, misuse student information or conduct unlawful surveillance. Do not submit passwords, API keys or student contact lists to AI Analyst. Aadhyant may restrict access to investigate misuse or protect the service.
Reports and AI answers
Reports depend on source availability, coverage, timing, accuracy and configured mappings. Missing or incomplete data may prevent calculations; a successful connection does not prove reporting is complete. Review data-health notices and each report's date and metric definitions.
AI analysis is optional and may be incorrect or incomplete. Users remain responsible for checking evidence and business decisions. Enabled AI services may receive questions and permitted report evidence as explained in the Privacy Policy. A ChatGPT subscription and API usage are separate provider arrangements; neither is included merely because a university workspace exists.
Third parties and commercial arrangements
Google, Meta, Meritto, OpenAI and other providers control their availability, permissions, limits and terms. Customers are responsible for their third-party accounts and authorized use. Subscription fees, AI allowances, provider charges, billing and service levels follow the customer agreement. This page does not change agreed pricing.
Customer data and ending access
The institution retains control of its supplied data and accounts and authorizes processing to deliver the agreed service. See the Privacy Policy, Data Processing Terms and Retention & deletion policy.
Disconnection does not erase historical data. Archiving pauses access while preserving records for restoration. For closure or deletion, contact Aadhyant so authority, scope and retention obligations can be verified before action.
Changes and questions
We may update these terms as service capabilities change. Changes to agreed pricing or contractual commitments follow the applicable agreement. Contact info@aadhyant.co.in about service access, these terms or your institution's agreement.
